1. Payment in installments

Payment in installments is possible. However, please note that you will only have access to the training after you have paid the last monthly instalment.

If you wish to pay in installments, the procedure is as follows:

(1) You submit a request to admin@tipsychologyhealth.com. In this request, you indicate how many monthly instalments you wish to pay the amount due.

(2) You make the first monthly payment.

(3) Once you have paid in full for the course, you send a request for access to admin@tipsychologyhealth.com with all proof of payment.

 

2. Discounts for group registrations to our courses

Any registration made for a group of 4 or 6 people, gives right to a reduction. The discount is 15% for a pack of 4 courses and 20% for a pack of 6 courses. This solution is ideal for team training. In order to benefit from the discount, you must send a request by email.

For the "Parental Burnout: Diagnosis and Treatment" training, please complete and send this email

Please note that this discount cannot be combined with the student rate (see below).

 

As a student, you benefit from a 50% discount on the price of our courses. In order to benefit from it, you must send a request by email.

For the training "Parental Burnout: Diagnosis and Treatment", please complete and send this email.

Conditions of validity:

(1) You have a certificate of registration and a student card for the current year.

(2) "Current year" means that your registration is established for the current academic year.

(3) Your registration is a regular student registration. Your certificate must clearly state this status.

Please note that this discount cannot be combined with the one granted for group registrations (see above).

 

4. Invalid transaction

Payments by bank transfer are validated at the moment of their reception on our account IBAN: BE81 0689 3416 7924. They must be accompanied by the order reference, as specified at the time of payment.

It is therefore possible that you have not received an order confirmation. Don't worry, it will arrive at the same time as your login and password, as soon as we have validated the transaction (maximum one week).

 

5. Loss or non-receipt of your login and password

If you do not receive the email containing your login and password, first make sure that it is not in your spam. Also, if you paid by bank transfer, make sure that your transaction has been validated (receipt of the transfer on our bank account). If it has not yet been validated, please wait a few days. If on the other hand your order is validated and the email containing your login and password has not reached you, you can send an email to admin@tipsychologyhealth.com.

If you lose the email containing your login and password, you can send an email to admin@tipsychologyhealth.com.

 

6. Answers to tests and evaluations

The answers to the tests and evaluations are not given to the participants. We do not want them to be circulated, and therefore participants may pass a training course without taking it seriously. These evaluations are the only way to ensure that we are certifying professionals who have trained and acquired the important concepts of their training course.

 

7. End of the period of access to our training courses after the successful completion of the last certification evaluation

As mentioned in the pedagogical charter of our training courses, the content and materials are made available to the participants for a limited period of time, up to 90 days from the date of registration for the training course. At the end of this period, or once the participant has successfully completed the last certification evaluation, access to the training is no longer possible.

 

8. About referencing

We organize the listing twice a year. In order to keep the information up to date for parents and professionals who consult the site, we update it every 6 months, in February and September. You will therefore receive an invitation to complete an online form twice a year (on February 1st and September 1st).

The referencing is on the site https://www.burnoutparental.com/, on the site https://www.tipsychologyhealth.com/en/.

You will appear on the updates from March 15 and October 15. If you have completed the form and you do not appear, the reasons are often the following: (1) if you have not provided any means of contact (phone number and / or valid email address) or (2) if you have not provided any address (at least a postal code and a city).

 

9. Your professional services to beneficiaries

If you wish to offer services in connection with the training course (e.g. workshops for exhausted parents), it is up to you to assess to what extent you have the skills to provide this type of service. Furthermore, the type of service and the remuneration that you will ask for, are also at your own discretion and responsibility.

 

10. Contact TIPH

ATTENTION

Every online registration generates an automatic invoice. Be sure to fill in the form, the billing address and the VAT number, which you want to appear on your invoice. It will be impossible for us to modify the automatically generated invoice afterwards. This invoice will be sent to you by email with the confirmation of your registration. Don't forget to check your spam.

 

11. Problem connecting to your course(s)

You can access your course(s) from the following link https://learning.tipsychologyhealth.com/connect-account-en/

You will then be asked to enter your login and password.
 Your login corresponds to the email address with which you registered for the course. Your password was sent to you by email when you registered.

If you lose the email containing your login and password, you can send an email to admin@tipsychologyhealth.com.
